Boasting 50 years of suspension innovation, Fox Factory is an American company best known for their Fox Racing Shox brand of off-road racing components. They produce high-performance parts for motorcycles, automobiles, all-terrain vehicles, side-by-sides, trophy trucks, snowmobiles, and mountain bikes.

The Project

2024 Chevy Silverado Fox Factory Edition

Form Manufacturing was tasked to produce two separate badges for the 2024 Chevrolet Silverado Fox Factory Edition: a full-name wordmark logo for the tailgate and a SUPERCHARGED logo for each fender.

With only 500 being made, the 2024 Chevrolet Silverado Fox Factory Edition is a limited-edition, high-performance truck featuring a 6.2L V8 engine, Whipple Gen V supercharger producing 700 horsepower, Baja Kits long-travel suspension, and a high-performance suspension system designed by Fox Factory (FOX 3.2 Factory Live Valve shocks).

It is the result of a collaboration between Fox Factory Powered Vehicle Division and off-road industry leaders like FOX, Method Race Wheels, BF Goodrich, Baja Kits, ARB, RCV and more.

The Solution

To create the Fox Factory tailgate and Supercharged fender badging, Form Manufacturing integrated the latest technologies and best materials, including color-matched resin, tight-tolerance molding, and 3M automotive adhesive for secure bonding. The badging needed to be as sleek and impressive as the vehicle it would be adorning, and Form Manufacturing had the capabilities and experience to make it happen.
