Form Manufacturing may have officially opened its doors in 2016, but the company’s history begins in 2001. A partnership between Kevin Meyer and Signature Partners, Form’s mission is simple, bringing customer’s injection molding projects to life with creative tooling solutions, multiple manufacturing options and unique decoration options.
Combined, we have 20 years of injection molded device, component packaging experience along with 20 years of experience delighting customers with beautifully decorated die casting, metal fabrication, stamping and vacuum formed capabilities. The result is a unique ability to meet very demanding part performance and aesthetic requirements.
